LEGAL BASES "GROWPRO MID-2023 SCHOLARSHIP" CAMPAIGN

Welcome to the "GROWPRO MID-2023 SCHOLARSHIP" contest (commercial term: "GrowPro Scholarship")!  The followings are the terms and conditions:

By participating in the contest, it is understood that participants fully accept the terms and conditions of the contest. By entering the contest, participants automatically agree to the rules governing participation, as well as the terms, conditions, and privacy and data protection policy detailed on the contest registration page.

1.- Identification of the organizer

The "GrowPro Scholarship" campaign is organized by the commercial entity GrowPro Experience S.L., domiciled at Edificio Lanzadera, Marina Real Juan Carlos I, Carrer del Moll de la Duana, s/n, Valencia, Spain and with CIF B66749631.

2.- Dates of celebration

The contest will start on February 17 at 12:00 noon and will end on June 30 at 3:00 pm. The participation period will be between these dates and the time zone of Madrid (Spain). 

GrowPro Experience reserves the right to make changes to the contest during its development, if any cause should arise that would prevent it from being carried to a successful conclusion or in order to improve its progress.

3.- Participation requirements

Participation in the contest is free of charge.

Individuals over 18 years of age may participate in the contest.

As the prize, consisting of an experience abroad, involves the processing of a visa, there will be other requirements specific to the country selected for the experience that may also be taken into account. For example visa denials, inability to meet the requested demonstration of funds, or others. GrowPro Experience GPX reserves the right to grant the award to people who meet the minimum characteristics established by GrowPro Experience, our partners, or the immigration departments of the destination countries to be able to carry out the experience. At the time of awarding the scholarship, the advisor will review the essential requirements with the student to ensure that he/she meets them. 

In the event that the winner does not meet the requirements to study and/or work in the chosen destination country, he/she will lose the right to obtain the prize.

No fraudulent profiles or contest experts may participate. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Employees of GrowPro Experience GPX, including all parent companies, are not eligible to participate.

4.- Mechanics of the contest

In order to participate, users must register by filling in all the personal data requested through our contest page or any of the pages where participation is indicated by filling in the form. 

To participate in the promotion, users must truthfully fill in all the data contained in the form. 

Users who participate must accept the terms and conditions established in relation to the registration and use of the page and the different applications, as well as everything related to the privacy policy, data protection and intellectual property. Otherwise, they will not be eligible for the prizes.

The winner will be selected by the GrowPro team based on their answer to the question "Why do you want to live the experience of a lifetime abroad?" and/or other interactions they may have with the campaign in networks, web or contact with the team.

5.- Prize

The prize varies depending on the participant's relationship with GrowPro Experience.

• If the winning participant is not a GrowPro client and has not made a course reservation prior to the end date, he/she will receive one of the study grants available for the selected destination, which will include: full course fee, school materials, and visa cost/fee.
  
  
• If the winning participant is already a GrowPro client but has no outstanding payments for his or her experience, he or she will receive one of the study scholarships available for the selected destination, which will include: full course fee, school materials, and visa fee/fee.
  
  
• If the winning participant has made his/her reservation and is already a GrowPro client and has outstanding payments, the prize will consist of: tuition for the course previously booked (up to a maximum of 5.000€ or an equivalent amount in the currency of the destination) and the one-way flight to the destination (up to a maximum of 2.000€, or equivalent amount). GrowPro reserves the right to set the exchange rate applicable at the time of conversion.
  
  
• If the winning participant decides to do an AuPair experience or is enrolled in an AuPair experience but has outstanding payments, the prize will consist of the amount of the experience and the cost/fee of the visa.

The prize is not cumulative with other prizes, nor can it be exchanged for any other product/service not covered by the above terms. The prize is personal and non-transferable.

GrowPro Experience S.L. is not responsible for visa denials or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the contest or the prize. 

The prize does not include accommodation or other expenses derived from the process or any other concept that is not explicitly stated in the conditions.

6.- Publication and announcement of winners

The winner will be notified personally via email and publicly through social networks on the day the contest ends.

The winner will have a period of 7 days to reply with the requested data, thus confirming the winning of the prize. If no response is received within this period of time, the prize will be forfeited.

The winner will have 2 months to formalize with his/her Student Advisor the dates of the trip within the available options according to the selected scholarship.

Protection of personal data

The information provided by participants in this contest is voluntary, having as its purpose the constitution of a personal data file of GrowPro Experience in order to manage their participation in the contest and to carry out future promotional and commercial actions of GrowPro Experience.

Without prejudice to the above and as established by Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002, Services of the Information Society, in each new communication will be enabled a simple and free procedure where you can say that you do not wish to receive commercial communications.

The owner of the data has the right to access their data, oppose the processing thereof for commercial purposes, and rectify or cancel them. This will must be expressly communicated through a letter accompanied by a photocopy of ID or passport sent to the address GrowPro Experience or through the following email address: alex@growproexperience.com

All personal data provided by the participants on the occasion of their participation in this contest will be treated by GrowPro Experience GPX in accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection.

11. Acceptance of the bases

Participation in the promotion implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Non-compliance and/or non-acceptance of any of these rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification.
